Job Details
- Build a team of 15 to 20 Field Sales Executives (FSE).
Be there in field to train and support FSE.
Conduct market campaigns like Umbrella activity, Canopy
activity (materials will be given by company).
Do merchant on boarding / keep Daily Team Tracker.
Conduct regular field meetings.
Conduct customer acquisition works.
Meet Daily Target and monthly target (25% exception) Team
Target.
Attrition management.
Report to office on alternative days.
Team performance report preparation and publish in groups.
Divide team pair (FSE) and align to market.
Do our product acquisition (product marketing) by putting
umbrella strategy in front of on boarded merchant.
