- Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes, including curries, tandoori specialties, biryanis, and other regional favorites, according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all food items meet the highest standards.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, including proper food handling and storage procedures.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to develop new menu items and specials that showcase the diversity of Indian cuisine.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
