- • Identify and create prospects through calls/ texts from DB, activities and networking.
• Create awareness and rapport building with prospects.
• Identify the prospect’s problems and offer suitable solutions.
• Follow up and closure.
• Coordination with counsellors and facilitate 1-1 counselling sessions
• Building long-term relationship with customers for recurring business
and references.
