Customer Service Officer - Looking from broking background. We Have Requirement For Public LTD Company For Customer Service Officer Profile :- Pick up & drop facility available. In Western line (Bhayander, Mira road, Goregaon, Andheri) may apply. For Central line / Navi Mumbai (Centralized pick up & drop facility available). Job Description: Responsible for making error free Outbound Calls to provide complete information related to Trade verification confirmation to client along with taking RM/ Services feedback or other random service calls like Closure rejection, DIS execution etc. Identify/Gauge if any fraud during client discussion and note down any dispute related to trades/Service issue against the respective client for further follow up and escalation. Call back/Follow up with customers and internal department wherever required without delay. Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :- 1. Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, Convincing & Selling Skills. 2. Languages known - English, Hindi & Marathi 3. Basic Share Market & Mutual Fund is mandatory. Minimum 6 month experience from financial background.
