- Manage student check-ins/outs, handle complaints, and ensure smooth daily operations. Recruit and supervise hostel staff, maintain cleanliness, and coordinate maintenance work. Ensure timely rent collection and maintain records. Conduct regular meetings with staff and students. Act as a liaison between students, hostels, and institutions. Prepare monthly reports and budgets, enforce hostel rules, and manage vendor relationships. Handle emergencies and ensure safety protocols. Focus on cost control, revenue growth, and maintaining full occupancy.
