• Handle tour packages enquiries, provide suitable tour packages/ including customization, prompt follow up to confirm. Collect required travel documents, track payment, follow up with service providers and respond to client queries. • Coordinate with hotels and service providers for new tour packages/destinations/rates and update the master document. • Online/social media promotion and assist in preparing flyers and promotional material. • Regularly update client status in Google docs. Age : 20 – 30 Years Degree from a reputed institution 06 – 12 months in tour & travel sector handling tour packages with good track record. • Very good customer handling and service skills, strong communication skills, convincing and enquiry closing skills. • Pleasing personality with a flair for speaking • Able to work independently with minimum supervision • Proficient in Google Docs, web browsing, E-mail, MS Word, etc.
