Job description Insurance advisor's responsibilities include Understanding customer needs: Working with customers to understand their insurance needs and requirements Explaining policy options: Explaining the terms and conditions of insurance policies, including coverage, exclusions, and limitations Recommending products: Recommending products that best suit the client's needs, financial situation, and risk tolerance Processing renewals: Processing policy adjustments and renewals Providing customer service: Ensuring customers are satisfied with their insurance coverage and that the product meets their expectations Assisting with claims: Helping customers with insurance claims Completing documentation: Ensuring that all policy requirements are met and that all documentation is completed and filed appropriately willing to learn and earn perks: Best available in the market + National & International Awards/Trips
