Need candidate with good exposure to UP Acts. Need candidate with good exposure to UP RERA Act. Must have good understanding of legal process and procedures. Knowledge in writing, reviewing and analyzing various legal pleadings, affidavits, plaints, written-statements, petitions, writs, replies, rejoinders, powers-of attorney, draft and file responses to legal notices, review opinions, and other legal documents.
