Job descriptionrnAs a Retail Sales team member, you'll need to handle the retail customers and sales and services associated with them. The ideal candidate would be involved in preparing estimates & quotations for sales and processing the purchase for the approved quotations. Ensuring payments, amounts, and records are correct. Working with spreadsheets, sales, and purchase ledgers and journals. Record and file cash transactions. Control credit and chase payments.rnrnDuties & ResponsibilitiesrnGreet customers and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.rnHelp customers select products, answer questions, and share product knowledge.rnCreate estimates & quotations based on measurements taken and update customer records.rnKeeping communication channels open for customers to enhance lead conversion. rnFollow up on the quotations with the customers.rnProcess purchase orders and arrange delivery. rnAlerts management of potential escalations and delays.rnAssists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.rnHelps with the store opening and closing process.rnHandling communications with customers and vendors for purchase processing.rnChecking Stock Register (Google Drive Excel Sheet)rnPrepare Sales Bill.rnMaintaining Approved Quotation MIS and update in DrivernPreparation of inquiry list & updating the sales team.rnRequirementrnBachelor's degree in a related field
