Job Details
- Should have a good knowledge of MCGM, MHADA, && SRA approval process and should be capable of handling follow up of proposal. Proficient in design of layout, internal amenities, etc. To obtain and keep all records and documents as may be issued and required from time to time. Follow up in MHADA, BMC, SRA, etc. Evaluate FSI potential of plots and prepare feasibility reports for new proposals. Preferred if candidate can also create 2D/3D renders, walkthroughs and isometric plans for marketing materials.
