Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES : - Good understanding of product releases, new features offered, risks, patches, fixes, testing and implementation. Good Knowledge of licensing models,product pricing, utilization analysis, product training offerings, financial/charge back models. Help business users troubleshoot issues they encounter, provide actionable resolution, SME support, timely responses track and monitor product issue logs, patching, upgrades, installation, version control, deployments and maintenance REQUIRED SKILLS :- 5+ years' experience in an overall product rollout & management with 2+ years' experience in product support. Strong Project Management experience [total of 10+ years' experience] with Development of Enterprise Java applications. Work experience with end to end product lifecycle management is required. Strong communication & presentation skills. Exposure to change management and release management process. DESIRED SKILLS :- Exposure to Agile Methodology. PMP Certification (OR) Any product/project management certification. Experience in web services. Understanding of Core Java, OOAD Design Patterns JDBC, SQL, J2EE.
