GnS Leisure Travels is looking for an experienced Visa Processing Manager to join theirKochioffice. Responsibilities: Plan, organize, and costing international tours for customers Negotiate with suppliers and service providers for the best deals and services for tours Ensure that tour itineraries are well-planned, feasible, and meet customer expectations Handle any issues or problems that arise during tours, and ensure customer satisfaction Manage and supervise tour guides, drivers, and other tour staff Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, cultural norms, and current events in tour locations Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and service providers Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to tour operations Prepare and manage budgets for tours and monitor expenses to ensure profitability Provide pre-tour and post-tour customer support and communication Requirements: Minimum 3 year's experience as a tour manager or similar role in a reputed company Strong knowledge of international destinations and cultures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve problems Strong organizational and planning skills Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related fieldispreferred.
