Job Details

3-5 years' experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, visual designer, or similar UX/UI-related role preferred. • Experience with brand development and/or user research methods preferred. • Experience with design software preferred, including but not limited to: ✓ Adobe CS ✓ Axure ✓ InVision ✓ Sketch ✓ Zeplin ✓ Figma • Knowledge of eCommerce, mobile app, industry trends, and competitor innovations preferred. • Should be able to provide a portfolio/work examples that highlight research and design process. • Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams. • Ability to present and "sell" creative ideas to influence decisions. • Agile methodologies a plus • Understanding of Design Systems preferred • Extreme attention to detail • High-level understanding of HTML & CSS a plus • Knowledge of inclusive design principles, accessibility standards, and general design best practices a plus • Knowledge of technical constraints and guidelines as they apply to designing for digital platforms, including web, iOS and Android a plus.
